History
Kazakhstani Company Sat&Co Holding A.S. was created in July 2006 in Turkey.
To achieve outlined plans for 2006-2007 years achievement, the Company provided assessment of some several mining companies and assets.
In the second half of 2007- at the beginning of 2008, the licensed deposits of chrome ore were purchased in Denizli and Sivas, located in south-western and north-eastern parts of Turkey. Infrastructure construction, renewing and fortification of manufacturing mines were conducted. A new chemistry laboratory was built and transmission lines were realized. New kinds of equipment and technological lines were imported and assembled.
Main types of activities
The main direction of Company’s activities is the chrome ore production with further realization on processing.

The Company’s structure
The head quarters of Sat & Co Holding A. Ş. are located in Istanbul since May 10, 2010.
Three subsidiaries were created on the territory of deposits in aim of operational activity. SAT & Co Madencilik İşl. Tic. A.Ş. is the holder of all licenses and assets, Denizli Madencilik İşl. Tic. A.Ş. and Sivas Madencilik İşl. Tic. A.Ş., are engaged directly in development of deposits in the regions of Turkey.

The General Director Mr Samatbek Tokhanov
Mr. Samatbek Tokhanov was graduated from Trakiy University, Edirne, Turkey. After graduation he started professional activity in polygraph sphere. During five years held a post of director of the polygraph agency in Almaty. In 2009, Mr. Tokhanov was appointed as the General Director of Sat & Co Holding A.Ş., which is holding to the present days.
